Can I do yoga?

Yoga is incredibly adaptable and can be structured to fit anyone who would like to participate. Many believe that you have to be very flexible to begin yoga but the truth is that yoga will gently and incrementally improve your flexibility, strength, and balance from  where ever you begin.  You may also think that you have to be able to sit on the floor for yoga but again, yoga is very adaptable and can easily be done sitting in a chair. If you are looking to get an amazing body weight work out, increase your mobility, rehabilitate an injury, improve stenosis/scoliosis, compliment other treatments or even just relax and rejuvenate to reduce stress- there is a perfect yoga practice for you!
